How do I reactivate an expired survey?

My survey is not visible on the list and does not seem available, how do I make it available?


To reactivate an expired survey, you should first make sure you are in the survey administration panel (you should have both an “Administration” and “Survey” header on the top left side of the page). Then follow these steps:

  • Mouse over the Survey Properties drop-down and select General Settings.

  • Under Edit Survey Settings, select Publication & Access Control.

  • When a survey has been set to 'expired,' it will have an expiry date/time set in the field below. To reactivate the survey, simply clear out this text box and click the Save button below.
