Staff Photo Guidelines

Submit staff photos for review and approval. Photos must be a minimum of 300px in height and 230px in width. Larger photos will be cropped if needed. Format your photo name as follows: Lastname-Firstname.jpg

Staff Photo Guidelines for CareerTech Web Contact Page

Professional photographs of CareerTech staff by the Communications and Marketing Division photographer will be scheduled and taken during the year. This effort is to utilize a staff photo for the Contact /State Agency Staff directory web page.

Each staff photo will be selected by the Communications and Marketing staff and placed in the Staff Photos library.

The division web tech will then link the staff member’s photo to that person's individual contact page. Because of the number of photos taken and the time involved, the Communications and Marketing staff will select the image.

The state agency staff directory should be considered a public document and is visible to the general public. The photos linked will be visible to all who visit the website directory. If you don’t want your photo visible to the general public, either do not add a photo or be sure to designate that it is internal.

This is a voluntary process. You can use these photos or have your own taken. If you have a photo already or want to have another taken, it must be similar in quality and size.
