• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of common safety concepts & practices relative to an electronics classroom environment
• Understand electricity as it relates to atomic particles
• Understand the concepts of voltage, resistance & current and their base units of measure
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of engineering notation
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of Ohm’s law and it’s application
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of ohmmeter & voltmeter usage
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of through-hole soldering & de-soldering on printed circuit boards
