Non-Linear Digital Production
Students will foster creativity and innovation while designing motion graphics and visual effects that deliver the desired results.

Non-Linear Digital Editing
Storyboard, script and produce a video presentation to be compiled in software such as, Adobe AfterEffects.

Add various types of transitions and video and audio effects.

Apply advanced editing techniques and superimpose images.

Develop titles and 3D effects.

Create virtual clips.

Develop special effects for motion graphics.

Comply with copyright rules and guidelines.

Finalize productions, including a "how to" presentation, a public service announcement, and a

Explain and implement presentation management concepts, including storyboarding, layout, multimedia, font and color selection, graphic images, copyright and ethics, audience usability, file hierarchy, and navigation.

Demonstrate ways to communicate effectively and efficiently through the use of special effects.

Identify pre-production requirements including storyboarding, researching, budgeting, drafting
proposals, contracts, and requirements documents, prioritizing, etc.

Identify and construct appropriate "voice" for professional communications.

Produce and/or edit professional quality videos in a linear and/or non-linear environment in
appropriate media format for delivery output.
