In this course the student will learn to select and prepare breakfast foods and drink.

- Select and store eggs
- Prepare and serve egg dishes
- Identify and store dairy products
- Prepare pancakes, waffles and French toast
- Identify breakfast breads and cereals
- Identify breakfast meats and potatoes
- Identify hot and cold breakfast beverages
Completion of Learning Activity Packets and various other instructional materials.

Written tests, assignments and performance tests.
