Chocolate Work
Students will learn how to make various chocolate candies, as well as learn how to use chocolate in decorating.

- Identify types of chocolate
- Work with chocolate
- Prepare various types of chocolate candies
- Understand the various procedures for tempering chocolate
- Prepare simple chocolate decorations
- Use spun sugar and other decorations
Classroom assessments will allow the student to work toward successful completion of the following:
