Culinary Arts Worksite Learning
This course includes a specialized internship component in the area of interest in culinary arts. This course will allow the students to apply skills learned in an external internship.

This course should be completed last in the sequence of courses for this major.
- Develop an in depth understanding of the current restaurant food and beverage service operations
- Participate in a specialized internship in a commercial or noncommercial restaurant food and beverage operation
- Research an area of concentration in the area of restaurant food and beverage service operations

Completion of Learning Activity Packets and various other instructional materials.

Written test, assignments, lab activities and work study/employability evaluations.
