Measuring Tools and Utensils

Students will identify measuring tools and utensils used in the preparation of foods. Students will demonstrate the proper use of measuring and utensils when preparing foods. Students will also demonstrate the safe uses of measuring tools and utensils as follows: graduated dry measuring cups, graduated liquid measuring cups, measuring spoon set, large volume liquid measure, measure a dry ingredient and measure a liquid ingredient.
