This course helps the student learn the fundamentals need to provide responsible alcohol service. Students will learn the steps they must follow in order to follow the law.

Pastry and Baking for the Chef
- Identify criminal liability as it relates to the sale and service of alcohol.
- Identify criminal violations related to the sale and service of alcohol
- Identify laws restricting alcohol service.
- Identify how to count drinks accurately.
- Identify the procedure for handling intoxicated guests who attempt to leave the premises.
- Identify the procedure for handling designated drivers.
- Identify the procedure servers should follow if asked to perform an illegal activity.
- Identify incidents that require documentation.
