In this course the student will learn basic electrical theory, Digital Volt Ohm Meter operation and how to check continuity and resistance values in circuits and parts. Students will learn to check, inspect and change fuses, fusible links, circuit breakers, light bulbs, wiring connections and lighting sockets. Students will also learn to evaluate and check most of the electrical systems found within a vehicle that could become damaged from a collision. Students will also understand wiring diagrams and diagnostics flowcharts.
