In this course the student will learn to identify basic facts and terminology related to aircraft design and construction techniques. Upon completion, the student will understand: fuselage, wings, empennage components, aerodynamic forces and others.

Fuselage

Wings

Empennage components

Internal and external bracing for structural integrity

Streamlining and drag reduction for airframes and structures
