Students will define safety terms and discuss safety practices and precautions. Students will discuss and apply personal, shop, hanger and chemical safety measures.

Competency will be measured by hands on, oral, and written exams, and through proctored online testing. Credit for FAA equivalent courses in Generals and Airframe leading to Aircraft Mechanic License with AirframeCertification.

Certified Composites Technician - Associate, CCT-A (1 yr industry experience working with composites is required to become CCT).
