Healthcare Provider CPR and First Aid
This course provides the most current guidelines for CPR developed by the American Heart Association. Students receive training in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/Automated External Defibrillator (AED)/Foreign Body Airway Obstruction (FBAO). Students have an opportunity to become certified in Healthcare Provider CPR. In this course students also gain first aid competency skills such as victim assessment, splinting, controlling bleeding, poisoning and burns.
