Introduction to Digital Photo Manipulation

In this course, students use digital image manipulation software to modify a variety of digital images.

Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:

1. Size, crop and change resolution of a photo

2. Adjust histogram levels

3. Use color correction tools appropriately

4. Rotate and/or sharpen image

5. Use selected tools of the tool palate correctly


The total grade will be determined by daily grades, written exams, hands-on performance evaluations, projects, and demonstrated employability skills (i.e. attendance, self-management, attitude, responsibility, social skills, safety, teamwork, appropriate dress, etc.)
