Printing Processes I

This course will provide the student with an overview of major printing processes. Press safety will be discussed and demonstrated. Students will learn the basic set-up procedure for a small offset duplicator press. A simple one color project will be produced. Binding and finishing techniques will be discussed and performed in a shop setting. Paper cutter safety and operation will be discussed and demonstrated.
