Special Effects Technician
The Special Effects Technician career major prepares students for entry-level animation positions. Students will learn to use appropriate tools and techniques to develop, design, and animate characters or graphics for television, film, computer, and video game production using advanced graphic design software. Students will focus on the audio, visual, and mechanical elements of special effects to design creative and technical projects with limited supervision. Students gain skills required for Adobe and Apple industry certifications.
