Digital Teaching and Learning
Current Trainings:
Exploring Digital Teaching and Learning through the ISTE Standards
As an educator, one of our goals is to empower students so they can be critical thinkers and learn for themselves. This course allows educators the opportunity to explore the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Standards for Educators and Standards for Students. Participants will review and discuss the Standards for Educators then self-assess level of engagement in activities aligned to the standards and/or indicators. Participants will also delve into the ISTE Standards for Students and use the indicators to write performance tasks for each, based upon appropriate content and grade level for which participants teach.
