CareerTech students make New Year’s resolutions

I Resolve ... videos of CareerTech students sharing their New Year's resolutions.

Oklahoma CareerTech has created a series of short videos of our students sharing their New Year’s resolutions. Watch them on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and share them with your friends and followers.


Teacher Academy set for Jan. 24

CareerTech teachers planning to attend the Teacher Academy session in January have three training options: an all-day conference; a half-day morning conference with training in the afternoon; and a half-day afternoon conference with training in the morning.

Teacher Academy will be 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Jan. 24 at Tulsa Technology Center’s Owasso Campus. Topics will include technology, instructional strategies, classroom management and instructional planning.

Registration for each option is $30 and includes a continental breakfast and lunch. Those attending must choose one option.

DECA Career Development Conference registration is open

Oklahoma DECA’s Career Development Conference will be Feb. 13 at the Hudiburg Chevrolet Center in Midwest City. Registration is now open.
