Hotel Information

***All State Leadership Conference attendees are REQUIRED to lodge at one of the designated hotel properties outlined below. In the event that both properties sell out, we will contract an additional property in the downtown Tulsa area***

BMITE State staff will be cross-reference rooming lists with those registered for SLC. Anyone staying at a non-designated property will be assessed a $25 penalty fee per conference registrant. 

Hotel rates and space have been negotiated by Oklahoma BPA based on registered conference attendees from 2017. In order to keep registration cost as low as possible it is very important that we adhere to this policy.

The Hyatt Regency will serve as our competitive event headquarters for SLC 2018 & 2019. The following groups / chapters will be given first preference on this property based on their roles at SLC. All remaining rooms will then be filled on a first come, first served basis. We have contracted 300 rooms with this property.

  • Competitive Event Assistant Directors
  • Grading Room Directors
  • Courtesy Core Directors

Rates:

Single / Double Occupancy: $112.00 per night

Triple / Quad Occupancy: $121.00 per night

All rates are subject to applicable taxes, which are currently 13.517%. This rate is subject to change.

Cancellation Date:

The cut-off date for cancelling any rooms that will not be needed is 5:00 p.m. on February 16, 2018. Individual chapters will be responsible for all rooming charges and taxes associated with all room nights not cancelled by the deadline (no exceptions).

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Tulsa Downtown

The DoubleTree Tulsa Downtown will primarily host the Leadership Academy Workshops. In the event we need additional space for competitive events, they will also be hosted here. This property is across the street from the Cox Convention Center, which is where all general sessions will be held. All of these rooms will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis. We have contracted 300 rooms with this property.
