is Tuesday, June 20 at 6pm.  Please text me this information at 405-269-6630.  DO NOT email me since I will already be in Orlando.
5.  Download/Update the National HOSA App
----competitive event room assignments are already posted.  Make sure and “allow push notifications”  National HOSA will be posting Round 2 qualifiers through their App.
6.  Advisor assignments- I have sent an email to each of you with reminders and details about the event you are helping with at ILC.  Due to the number of advisors going to ILC this year, we have our events covered with the EXACT number that national HOSA requested.  We DO NOT have extras, therefore ALL advisors are needed to take care of their responsibility.
7.  My cell #  405-269-6630
Please feel free to contact me at any time during ILC if you have a question.

Oklahoma Social----Due to limited space at the Coronado Springs Resort, Oklahoma HOSA will not be hosting the annual Oklahoma Social immediately following the Opening Session on Wednesday.  In lieu of the social, each Oklahoma HOSA paid ILC attendee will receive a $25 Disney gift card.  This gift card can be used on any Disney property for food and/or souvenir.

For auditing purposes, each attendee receiving a gift card will need to acknowledge the receipt and purpose of the card.

I will be sending you a form that you will need each of your attendees to sign.  You will need to bring the original form with signatures to conference registration on Wednesday, June 21 to receive your attendees cards.

Please review all ILC emails---#1, #2, #3, #4

Please let me know if you have any questions---see you soon in sunny Florida!
