If you have reserved too many rooms and need to release some, PLEASE let me know before releasing them through the Embassy Suites!  If you release them through Embassy Suites, those rooms are not added back into the HOSA block----they would be open to the general public.

Conference Registration Information:


Oklahoma State Leadership Conference Dress Code-General Sessions and Competitive Events  Official HOSA dress or business attire NOT ALLOWED at Oklahoma SLC.  The attire for OK SLC is solid colored slacks or skirt and the conference polo (given at SLC registration) with closed-toed shoes made of any material (no house shoes).
For skill events, scrubs/lab coats are acceptable for competitive events.

Competitive Event Resources:

NEW FOR 2017

At the 2016 HOSA Advisory Council meeting:Motion was made for the research paper for Researched Persuasive Writing and Speaking, the resume and cover letter for Job Seeking Skills, and the resume and cover letter for Interviewing Skills to act as a round 1 and to be submitted electronically or hard copy to the Oklahoma HOSA State office 5 working days prior to 1st day of on-line test. This submission and judging will be act as a round 1.  Those students advancing to round 2 (at SLC) will be announced on the OK HOSA website at the same time as on-line tests results.
The 2017 submission deadline is February 13, 2017 by 5pm.  There are two submission options.
The items can be emailed to State Advisor at with the Subject as follows:Competitive event-student name-school-classification [secondary or postsecondary]
For example: Job Seeking Skills-Debbie Bennett-ODCTE Tech Center-Postsecondary
Hard copies of the items must be in a 10x13 envelope with the following information on the outside:Competitive event-student name-school-classification [secondary or postsecondary]For example: Job Seeking Skills-Debbie Bennett-ODCTE Tech Center-Postsecondary
