Holding Rooms & Contest Rooms will be in the program available on the 21st.

Lunch is available in the cafeteria line at the Conference Center.  You may go online and preview the Metro Cafe menu in advance.  We appreciate Metro Tech's hospitality, so please adhere to the rule of NO outside food or drink may be brought onto the campus.

2:15 Awards & Closing Session, Auditorium

(Please allow 30-45 minutes of flexibility in your time table.  Some competitions have a large number of contestants which has necessitated multiple teams of judges.  To keep judging fair we may have a final round involving the top six to ten contestants in both secondary and college/postsecondary divisions.)

Additional Information

  • Students running for District Officer do not need to bring campaign materials to the conference.  Nominees WILL be required to introduce themselves and give a short campaign speech during the Opening Session.  All students nominated will be installed during the closing session and automatically become officers for the 2014-15 school year contingent upon attending the Summer Leadership Institute at Rogers State University in June.
  • Current Northwest District officers will meet at 5 p.m. on Thursday, February 20 at the Springlake Conference Center for set-up and practice followed by an officer dinner.
