Student Successes

Many Oklahoma students are choosing to have the total high school experience that includes sports, band and clubs -- and spending mornings or afternoons at their local technology centers. School counselors are helpful in mapping out these schedules, which are possible because CareerTech offers flexibility. Nearly half of all high school students in the state take advantage of CareerTech offerings, and hundreds of student-athletes are enrolled in technology centers. They compete in each of the three sports seasons (fall, winter and spring) of the school year.
