Oklahoma Summit 2020 Registration Information

Oklahoma Summit Registration is Now Open!

To begin the registration process, scroll down to the bottom of this page and click the link to verify your information on file with the Oklahoma Department of CareerTech. Then, you will be directed to the OkACTE Registration and Membership website where you will need to log in again and verify your OkACTE information before you begin registration.

Please be advised that your user name and password has been imported from last year's registration system for some users.

If in doubt, try the advised standard for the:

  • User Name - last name and last four of your social security number (Jones1234) and
  • Password - last name and last four of your social security number (Jones1234);

Otherwise, contact the OkACTE office at 405-525-8906 or click on the Forgot your user name or password? link. Your user name or password will be sent to the email address on file.

If you have ever registered for membership or a summit, please do not try to create a new account.

If you are new to CareerTech, please click on the “Create a new member account” link.

Special Needs

If you need any special accommodations you can indicate this in the space designated on the Summit registration section on the website. Any participant can indicate special needs required to participate in Summit events. If you have any special needs (dietary, physical, etc.), please be sure to e-mail us at . A staff member from your division will call you to discuss the appropriate arrangements. To assist us and to assure your needs are met, please register at least four weeks prior to the conference.

Payment

Credit Cards and Electronic Checks may be used to pay OkACTE/ACTE dues, division dues, summit registration fees and other division activities. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover will be accepted this year. Payments will immediately be charged and posted to the OkACTE account. When using electronic checks you will be required to submit personal bank account information, including the bank routing number, account number and check number. A $2 convenience fee will be added to credit card transactions.

**There will be an additional processing fee of $25 for checks not paid due to insufficient funds or closed accounts.

Online Registration

All participants are strongly advised to register and pay early! It will provide a quicker, more efficient check-in time for you when you arrive at the Summit. Beginning July 8th on-line registration requires you to fill out your personal information for the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education (ODCTE) to enter into a new data storage system. After you complete your information for ODCTE, you will continue on to the OkACTE website to verify your personal information with OkACTE and proceed with registration and membership. The online registration/membership is located on a secured site and will be available beginning early May. When registering, please be sure to print your paid receipt. This will help facilitate your check-in process when you arrive at the Summit.
